By placing an order through AquaPure you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.
90 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note that the customer is financially responsible for all costs associated with the return of the product.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When initiating a return, we might request a short video of your AquaPure device showing the issues you are experiencing, for documentation purposes.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at email@example.com
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
