By placing an order through AquaPure you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.
90 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. The customer is financially responsible for all costs associated with returning the product. A 25% restocking fee will apply to:
Buyer’s remorse returns
Returns in which the item was used, damaged by the customer, or has missing accessories
CANCELLATION
As we process orders within 30 minutes of placement, we strictly follow a 30-minute cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at hello@aquapure.co within this window, and we will handle your cancellation request promptly. Any changes to your address or other information can also be made within 30 minutes of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@aquapure.co. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Failure to provide the tracking number may result in the denial of a refund. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product. We strictly do not accept orders sent back without prior return authorization, and we will not process any refunds for such orders.
DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When initiating a return, we might request a short video of your AquaPure device showing the issues you are experiencing, for documentation purposes.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
EXCHANGES
We exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at hello@aquapure.co
RESTOCKING FEE
Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied for:
* Buyer remorse returns
* Returns where the item was used, damaged by the customer, or has incomplete accessories
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
