    Note: Shipping time is calculated after dispatch. For some remote islands or areas in the US, please expect a slight delay.

    All orders are shipped within 24–48 hours on weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. The shipping method varies based on which option is fastest to your location. We will provide a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that, except for the EU, we are not responsible for any duties or import taxes you may incur when importing our products into another country.

    All our packages are shipped by air freight.

    Delayed Delivery:

    In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we do not have control over customs or any unexpected delays that may occur en route and we seek your understanding and patience should this happen.

    Unclaimed Orders:

    Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel or change the shipping address if your order has already been processed. 

    We are not responsible for any packages lost or returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. 

    Customs/Duty Fees:

    Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

    Damaged Goods:

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
